The LiSaver sleeve
LiSaver sleeves are designed to contain fires caused by lithium-ion batteries. The sleeves are designed for in-house spaces where a lithium-ion battery fire is likely to lead to extensive property damage or worse. The LiSaver sleeve is a result of intensive testing, research and development during the past five years. Its design is based on fire containment covers used in the aviation industry. As a response to demands of the industry and its regulators we have been designing the most effective solutions for containment of the most severe lithium-ion fires. The LiSaver sleeve features patented SOC®, a high temperature polymer coated fabric with proprietary overcoat, to withstand the most extreme lithium-ion fires caused by for example electric bicycle batteries.
What a design
The LiSaver sleeve is a tote-style flat bottom design that allows to stand upright. With two nylon carrying straps, Velcro closures and an overpressure system, the LiSaver fire containment sleeve is a safe and easy to use solution. It is made of several layers of advanced fire resistant materials to ensure that heat and fire remain contained. The LiSaver sleeve is available for all regular battery types and models.
